- Project Summary: Alphatec performed a Facility Condition Assessment (FCA) of Public Safety Communications Center (PSCC) for Office of Unified Communications (OUC) for the D.C. Department of General Services (DGS) to locate and evaluate materials and identify building system defects that might significantly affect the value of the property and also to determine if the present property has conditions that will have significant impact on its continued operations. The assessment and recommendations were prioritized into four (4) categories: Priorities One through Four. Findings of the report led to the development of construction documents leading to correct building deficiencies impacting the potential health, safety, and welfare of occupants.
